Newborn Feeding Reset Visit

$250.00

Calm, in-home support when feeding feels overwhelming

The newborn period can feel exhausting, especially when you are trying to breastfeed, pump, prepare bottles, supplement, track feeds, wash parts, and still find time to rest.

The Newborn Feeding Reset Visit is a private, in-home support visit for families who are already home with their baby and need practical help making their current feeding routine feel more manageable.

This visit is especially designed for families who have already received feeding guidance or a feeding plan from their hospital team, pediatrician, OB/midwife, or IBCLC and would benefit from compassionate support carrying that plan out at home.

Whether you are triple feeding, pumping and supplementing, using bottles alongside breastfeeding, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the routine, I will come alongside your family with education, organization, encouragement, and practical support.

Your Visit Includes

One Private In-Home Support Visit

Up to 2 hours in your home

During this visit, we will focus on your family’s current feeding situation, the instructions or plan you have already been given, and the practical support needed to make the next steps feel calmer and more manageable.

Your visit may include:

  • Reviewing the feeding instructions or existing feeding plan provided by your care team

  • Helping you organize the flow of feeding, pumping, bottle preparation, and supplementation

  • Triple feeding organization when this routine has already been recommended for your family

  • General breastfeeding education and basic positioning support

  • Pump routine education and practical setup guidance

  • Paced bottle feeding education

  • Milk storage and pump-part cleaning education

  • Helping your partner or support person understand practical ways to help

  • General education about newborn feeding cues, early feeding patterns, and diaper expectations

  • Helping you identify questions to bring back to your pediatrician, OB/midwife, hospital team, or IBCLC

  • Referral guidance when concerns are outside the services I provide

This visit is intended to help your family feel less overwhelmed and more supported while following the feeding guidance already in place.

This Visit May Be Right for You If

You are already home with your baby and:

  • You have been told to triple feed and are struggling with the routine

  • You are breastfeeding, pumping, and/or supplementing and feel overwhelmed

  • You need support organizing feeds, bottles, pumping, and rest

  • You would like help understanding how to carry out the feeding guidance you received

  • You want practical, nonjudgmental support in your home

  • You need help identifying whether additional medical or IBCLC follow-up may be appropriate

You do not need to have booked prenatal support in order to request this visit.

  • Access to Plant, Nourish, and Flourish: A Breastfeeding Masterclass

  • Prenatal preparation services

  • Guaranteed follow-up availability

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment

  • Diagnosis of low milk supply, oral restrictions, or complex feeding conditions

My Role in Your Care

I am Tayler Jacques, MSN, RN, CBS, a Registered Nurse and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist.

During this visit, I provide breastfeeding education, newborn feeding support, practical in-home assistance, and compassionate guidance as your family follows its current feeding routine or an existing feeding plan.

This service is intended to complement, not replace, care from your pediatrician, OB/midwife, hospital team, or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

I am not currently an IBCLC. I do not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe treatment, diagnose oral restrictions, manage complex lactation conditions, or replace medical or IBCLC evaluation when needed. When your needs fall outside the support I provide, I will encourage timely follow-up with the appropriate qualified professional.

Existing Feeding Plan and Provider Follow-Up

This visit is most appropriate for families who are seeking help carrying out feeding guidance already received from their care team or who need general education and practical support at home.

If you have been given a written or verbal feeding plan by your hospital team, pediatrician, OB/midwife, or IBCLC, please have that information available during your visit whenever possible.

If concerns arise that suggest your baby or you require medical evaluation or more specialized lactation management, I may recommend that you contact your pediatrician, OB/midwife, IBCLC, or another appropriate provider.

Booking this visit does not establish Daisy Babies Lactation as a replacement for your baby’s medical provider or your own healthcare provider.

Scheduling and Availability

  • Visits are scheduled based on availability.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment until payment and required intake or consent forms are completed.

  • Same-day or next-day visits may be available on a limited basis but are not guaranteed.

  • Families are responsible for providing an accurate address, reliable contact information, and any relevant feeding guidance already received.

  • If your family would benefit from additional support after the visit, follow-up appointments may be requested and scheduled separately based on availability.

Communication and Messaging

The Newborn Feeding Reset Visit does not include ongoing text, phone, or messaging support after the appointment.

Any communication before the visit is limited to scheduling, intake completion, payment, directions, and necessary visit preparation.

If you would like continued support beyond this visit, additional appointments may be booked separately, or you may inquire about whether a more comprehensive support option is available and appropriate for your family.

In-home visits are based in Jupiter, Florida and are offered within the primary Daisy Babies Lactation service area, including selected surrounding northern Palm Beach County communities.
