Exhausted at 3 AM and googling 'why does it hurt?’ or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice from the internet?

What if you had a specialist in your pocket and a community by your side?

What’s Inside?

Babies don't follow a one-time schedule, so why should your support? Whether you need a 2-week crash course or 12 months of community, you only pay for the time you need.

Tayler Jacques MSN, RN, CBS

Hi, I’m Tayler. As a registered nurse and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, I’ve spent my career navigating the complex world of clinical care—but my heart has always been in the 'village.' I believe I am deeply called to this work, and my mission is to serve Jesus by serving the families during one of their most sacred transitions.

Between teaching the next generation of nurses at the university level and running my own lactation practice, and motherhood, I realized that parents don't just need a one-time appointment; they need consistent, compassionate support. I created The Flourish Collective to be that space—combining evidence-based clinical expertise with a heart of service to ensure you never have to navigate your feeding journey alone.

Client Reviews

Tayler is an amazing lactation consultant. She was always responsive and answered my questions through text, which made a stressful time so much easier. She even came to my house, which I truly appreciated as a new parent. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. I felt supported and never rushed. I would highly recommend Tayler to anyone needing lactation support.
