How it works
1. Join the membership
Create your account and become a member of Flourish Chat Support.
2. Schedule your required initial virtual visit
We will review your history, goals, questions, and consent forms so I can support you well. At a minimum, your intake paperwork needs to be completed before chat support can begin.
3. Message me when questions come up
After your initial visit, you can reach out through secure messaging and receive support during business hours.
4. Take advantage of the other perks of membership
Monthly virtual appointments, 30 minutes, let’s make plans for the upcoming stage in your feeding journey.

A few important notes
Flourish Chat Support is not emergency care and does not replace medical care from your baby’s pediatrician, your OB/midwife, or an in-person lactation evaluation when one is needed.
Messages are answered during business hours within a reasonable response window.
The initial virtual appointment is required before in-depth messaging begins so that consents are completed and I can understand your history, goals, and support needs.
Availability
Flourish Chat Support is currently available to families located in Nursing Licensure Compact states where I am able to provide RN-based virtual support.
