Flourishing in Breastfeeding: The First Three Days and Beyond will help you understand what to expect during the earliest days of breastfeeding and give you practical tools to feel more prepared before your baby arrives—all from the comfort of your home.
During this class, we will discuss:
• What to expect during tThis class is designed for expecting parents who want to feel more prepared and confident about breastfeeding. New parents in the early postpartum period are also welcome.he first hours and days after birth
• How often newborns typically feed
• Early hunger cues and signs your baby is getting enough milk
• Comfortable positioning and the basics of a deep latch
• Common early breastfeeding challenges
• When and where to reach out for additional support
• Simple ways partners and support people can help
This class is welcoming, encouraging, and judgment-free. You are invited whether you are planning to exclusively breastfeed, combine breast and bottle feeding, pump, or are still deciding what feels right for your family.

Please join me at Northlake Boulevard Church of the Nazarene every Thursday from 10am-11am for the Motherhood Circle. A time to gather, help one another, and find support or breastfeeding, motherhood and everything in between. Feeding support and baby scales available for weights and weighted feeds.
