Calm, personalized support from pregnancy through the early newborn weeks
The transition into feeding your baby can feel beautiful, emotional, and overwhelming all at once. Flourish & Flow is a private, high-touch support package designed for families who want to feel prepared before birth and personally supported once baby is home.
Through prenatal education, access to a self-paced breastfeeding masterclass, early postpartum in-home visits, follow-up support, and limited non-urgent messaging, I will come alongside your family with calm, practical guidance during the earliest days of your feeding journey.
This package is especially helpful for families who want support with breastfeeding preparation, newborn feeding expectations, pumping and bottle routines, supplementation routines, or carrying out an existing feeding plan provided by their medical or lactation care team.
Your Package Includes

2. Access to Plant, Nourish, and Flourish: A Breastfeeding Masterclass
Included with your package
You will receive access to The Flourish Collective which includes the Plant, Nourish, and Flourish: A Breastfeeding Masterclass, a self-paced online course designed to help you build a strong foundation for breastfeeding before your baby arrives.

3. Concierge Messaging Support
Non-urgent support during your package period
You will have access to messaging support for general education, reassurance, and clarification between scheduled visits.
Messaging support begins at 37 weeks of pregnancy or upon enrollment if later, and continues through 14 days after your baby’s birth.
Messaging may be used for:
General questions related to breastfeeding preparation
Questions about course content
Clarification about routines discussed during a visit
General pumping, bottle feeding, or newborn feeding education
Helping you determine whether a concern should be brought to your pediatrician, OB/midwife, or an IBCLC
Messages will be answered during normal business hours as availability allows. Messaging is not intended for emergencies, urgent medical concerns, or continuous real-time support.
Important: If you are concerned about your baby’s hydration, alertness, jaundice, weight, ability to feed, or overall health, contact your pediatrician promptly. For urgent maternal symptoms or emergencies, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services.
4. Early Postpartum Home Visit
One 2-hour in-home visit
Once your baby is home, you will receive an early postpartum home visit, ideally scheduled within the first several days after discharge, based on availability and communication regarding your baby’s arrival.
This visit is designed to help you feel supported as feeding becomes part of everyday life at home.
Your early postpartum visit may include:
General breastfeeding education and positioning support
Supporting the feeding routine you are currently following
Pump and bottle organization
Paced bottle feeding education
Supplementation routine support when part of your existing plan
Triple feeding organization when this has been recommended by your care team
Helping your family create a more manageable daily rhythm
Identifying questions or concerns that should be brought back to your medical provider or IBCLC
5. Two Follow-Up Home Visits
Two 2-hour in-home visits
The early newborn period can change quickly, and questions often arise once you have had time at home with your baby. Your package includes two additional in-home follow-up visits to provide continued education, practical support, and encouragement.
These visits may focus on:
Continuing to support your established feeding routine
Organizing breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, or supplementation
Supporting a triple feeding routine already recommended for your family
Reviewing paced bottle feeding or pump routines
Discussing practical family support and rest strategies
Providing general newborn feeding education
Identifying when referral or follow-up with another provider is appropriate
Follow-up visits are intended to be used during the early postpartum period and should be scheduled within six weeks of your baby’s birth, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. One Virtual Check-In
One 30-minute virtual follow-up
Your package also includes one brief virtual check-in. This appointment provides a dedicated opportunity to ask follow-up questions, review your current routine, and discuss whether further support or referral may be beneficial.
This visit may be completed by video or telephone, depending on your preference and availability.
My Role in Your Care
I am Tayler Jacques, MSN, RN, CBS, a Registered Nurse and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. Through this package, I provide breastfeeding education, newborn feeding support, practical in-home assistance, and compassionate guidance as your family prepares for feeding or follows an existing feeding plan.
This service is intended to complement, not replace, care from your pediatrician, OB/midwife, hospital team, or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
I am not currently an IBCLC. I do not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe treatment, diagnose oral restrictions, treat complex lactation conditions, or replace medical or IBCLC evaluation when needed. When concerns fall outside the support I provide, I will encourage timely follow-up with the appropriate professional.
Important Service Terms
Scheduling
The prenatal visit will be scheduled during pregnancy at a mutually agreed-upon time.
The early postpartum visit is intended to occur shortly after baby returns home, based on availability and timely notification from the family.

Follow-up visits should be scheduled within six weeks of baby’s birth unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Messaging Support
Messaging is available only during the defined package period.
Messaging is intended for non-urgent education, clarification, and general support.
Messaging is not continuously monitored and does not provide emergency, urgent, or on-call medical care.
Medical concerns must be directed to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Masterclass Access
Access to Plant, Nourish, and Flourish: A Breastfeeding Masterclass is included as part of the package.
Course access is for the enrolled family’s personal educational use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced.
Additional Visits
Additional in-home or virtual visits beyond those included in this package may be scheduled based on availability and will be billed separately at the current service rate.

The package includes in-home visits within the primary Daisy Babies Lactation service area of Jupiter and selected surrounding northern Palm Beach County communities. Travel outside this area may require an additional travel fee, confirmed before services are scheduled.
Medical and Emergency Concerns
This package does not provide emergency medical services.
Contact your baby’s pediatrician promptly for concerns such as poor feeding, decreased wet diapers, excessive sleepiness, worsening jaundice, fever, dehydration concerns, or concerns about weight gain.
Contact your OB/midwife or medical provider promptly for concerns such as fever, severe pain, increasing breast redness, flu-like symptoms, or other concerning postpartum symptoms.
For emergencies, call emergency services or seek immediate medical care.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your payment reserves limited concierge availability and includes access to a digital breastfeeding masterclass. Because digital course access may be provided shortly after enrollment and because space is reserved specifically for your family, all payments are non-refundable once course access has been delivered or the prenatal visit has occurred.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Visits canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used, except in circumstances related to labor, delivery, hospitalization, or urgent medical needs.
If Daisy Babies Lactation LLC is unable to provide a scheduled included visit, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the visit or provide a prorated refund for the unprovided in-person service, as appropriate.
Purchase Acknowledgment
